腹腔镜手术呼吸动力学变化的影响因素和术中通气策略的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 腹腔镜在外科领域被广泛应用，具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短等优点。除此之外，腹腔镜手术在降低术后肺部并发症、术后转ICU率和院内病死率等方面，也比开腹手术更有优势。临床实践表明，大多数美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ或Ⅱ级的患者能够很好地耐受腹腔镜手术和术中机械通气。
