摘要
目前,有关累积退火参数对Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe-Si合金耐腐蚀性能的影响规律尚不清楚。通过改变Zr-0.5Sn-0.5Nb-0.3Fe-0.012Si合金管坯中间热处理制度制备了2种累积退火参数不同的包壳管,利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析了包壳管的晶粒组织和第二相,并对2种包壳管进行了水质为360℃/18.6 MPa/0.01 mol/L Li OH水溶液、400℃/10.3 MPa过热水蒸汽和360℃/18.6 MPa纯水的静态高压釜长期腐蚀试验。研究结果表明:累积退火参数不同的Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe-Si合金包壳管的晶粒组织和第二相分布、大小、成分相同。累积退火参数对Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe-Si合金的耐腐蚀性能没有显著影响。
Two kinds of Zr-0.5Sn-0.5Nb-0.3Fe-0.012Si alloy cladding tubes with different annealing parameters were prepared by changing tile intermediate heal treatment, The grain structure and the second phase were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The cladding tubes with different parameters of cumulative annealing were tested in three static autoclaves with 360 ℃/18.6 MPa/0.01 mol/L LiOH aqueous solution, 400 ℃/10.3 MPa superheated steam and 360 ℃/18.6 MPa pure water. Results showed that the grain structure and size distribution of Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe-Si alloy cladding tube with different cumulative annealing parameters were the same in size and composition. The cumulative annealing parameters had no significant effects on the corrosion resistance of Zr- Sn - Nb - Fe - Si alloy.
