环氧树脂防腐蚀涂层失效的红外分析 被引量:5

摘要 某企业工件表面防腐蚀涂层尚未出厂就开始脱落,为分析失效原因,对使用后的溶剂、固化剂、环氧树脂进行红外光谱检测,发现原材料无误。通过进行涂层失效分析,发现失效涂料中环氧树脂与固化剂的特征峰的调配比例为1.3∶1.0,远远偏离6.0∶1.0的正常比例。因此,失效原因为环氧树脂与固化剂的调配比例不当。 The anticorrosion coating on the surface of the workpiece of the enterprise has peeled before leaving the factory. To ana|yze the cause of the failure, the solvent, curing agent and epoxy resin were detected by infrared spectrum. Result showed that there were not any problems in materials. After analyzing the characteristic peaks of epoxy resin and curing agent in the failure coating, it was found that the ratio of epoxy resin and curing agent was 1.3 : 1.0, far away from the normal proportion of 6.0 : 1.0. Therefore, the reason for the failure was the improper proportion of the epoxy resin and the curing agent.
