消瘀降脂胶囊对兔动脉粥样硬化的干预作用

目的观察消瘀降脂胶囊对动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用。方法除正常组外，其余新西兰兔采用高胆固醇饲料喂养8周建立兔动脉粥样硬化模型，随机分为3组，除继续高胆固醇饲料喂养外，模型组予以30ml／d生理盐水灌胃，阿托伐他汀组予以阿托伐他汀2mg／（kg·d）灌胃，消瘀降脂胶囊组每日予以消瘀降脂胶囊100mg／kg灌胃。所有组在12N后停止灌胃给药，采集静脉血、主动脉和肝脏，检测血脂四项，并检测谷丙转氨酶含量。对主动脉进行油红0染色，使用Image-Pro60测算其斑块面积，取主动脉组织进行切片，HE染色观察病理学变化。结果与正常组比，模型组、阿托伐他汀组和消瘀降脂胶囊组在8周和12周的血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）和总胆固醇（TC）水平显著增高（P〈0.05）。与模型组比较，阿托伐他汀与消瘀降脂胶囊治疗4周后均能显著降低TC和LDL-C水平（P〈0.05）。同时，阿托伐他汀组斑块面积（51．01％±9.02％）与消瘀降脂胶囊组斑块面积（65．22％±5.22％）比模型组（72．13％±8．20％）有所减少。结论消瘀降脂胶囊能降低血脂水平，减缓动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成，具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用．

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Xiaoyujiangzhi Capsule on atherosclerosis in rabbits. Methods In addition to the control group, rest rabbits were established a rabbit model of atherosclerosis with high cholesterol diet for 12 weeks, and then randomly divided into 3 groups. The model group was daily given 30ml normal saline, atorvastatin group was daily given atorvastatin 2mg/kg, Xiaoyujiangzhi capsule group was daily given Xiaoyujiangzhi capsule 100 mg/kg by intragastric administration. All groups were stopped intragastric administration at 12th week, venous blood, aorta and liver were collected. Blood lipids were detected, and alanine aminotransferase content was detected. The aorta was stained with oil red O, and the patch area was measured by Irnage-Pro6.0. The aortic tissues were sectioned and stained with HE to observe the pathological changes. Results Compared with the control group, the serum levels of LDL-C and TC were significantly increased （ P〈0.05 ） in 8th week and 12th week respectively in other three groups. Compared with the model group, the levels of TC and LDL-C were significantly reduced （ P〈0.05 ） in the atorvastatin and Xiaoyujiangzhi Capsule groups after 4 weeks treatment. At the same time, the plaque area of the atorvastatin group （ 51.01% ± 9.02% ） and Xiaoyujiangzhi Capsule group （ 65.22% ±5.22% ） were decreased than that of the model group （ 72.13% ±8.20% ） . Conclusion Xiaoyujiangzhi Capsule can reduce the level of blood lipids, slow down the formation of atherosclerotic plaque, and then produce the effect of antiatherosclerosis.
