脐疗联合腹部按摩治疗老年髋部骨折围术期便秘疗效观察

目的观察脐疗联合腹部按摩在老年髋部骨折围手术期便秘患者中的疗效。方法选取老年髋部骨折围手术期便秘患者60例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组：采用常规的护理方法配合开塞露塞肛；观察组：在骨科护理常规基础上，采用自制药丸脐疗联合腹部按摩，观察其临床疗效。结果观察组有3例患者出现皮肤发红、过敏现象放弃脐疗。痊愈8例、显效10例、有效5例、无效4例，护理总有效率达7667％；对照组：痊愈3例、显效6例、有效4例、无效17例，护理总有效率43．33％。其中观察组有3例患者出现皮肤发红过敏情况暂停脐疗，其余未发生其他不良反应。两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论脐疗联合腹部按摩治疗老年髋部骨折围手术期便秘，特别是实热型便秘患者，效果明显，操作简便，可临床推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of navel therapy combined with abdominal massage in elderly patients with hip fracture during perioperative constipation. Method 60 elderly patients with perioperative constipation of hip fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Control group： treated with routine nursing method combined with the opening of Cerusit＇s anus.Observation group： navel therapy combined with abdominal massage was performed with self-made Chinese medicine, and targeted education was given in the treatment, the clinical effect was observed. Result The observafon group： 8 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 76.67%. The control group： 3 cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, 17 cases were invalid, The total effective rate was 43.33%. In the observation group, 3 patients had skin redness and stopped navel therapy, and the others had no other adverse events.There was significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The treatment of perioperative constipation of hip fracture in elderly patients with navel therapy combined with abdominal massage, especially in patients with solid heat type constipation, has obvious effect, simple operation and can be popularized clinically.
