集束化护理干预对经尿道1470nm半导体激光前列腺剜除术患者的效果分析

目的探讨集束化护理干预对经尿道1470nm半导体激光前列腺剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生症（BPH）患者的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月至2017年4月良性前列腺增生患者70例，均行经尿道1470nm半导体激光前列腺剜除术，随机分为观察组与对照组各35例。其中对照组在围手术期给予常规护理措施，观察组在对照组基础上给予集束化护理干预，比较两组患者住院时间、术后并发症及对护理工作满意度情况。结果70例经尿道1470nm半导体激光前列腺剜除术的良性前列腺增生患者均治愈出院，出院随访3个月，观察组患者平均住院时间及并发症发生率低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对经尿道1470nm半导体激光前列腺剜除术的患者进行集柬化护理干预，能缩短平均住院时间，降低并发症的发生率，提高患者的满意度，是保证手术成功、安全、有效的重要环节。

Objective To investigate the applicative effects of cluster nursing intervention on transurethral 1470nm semiconductor laser prostate enucleation for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia （ BPH ） . Methods 70 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected in our hospital from May 2015 to April 2017, all patients underwent transurethral 1470nm semiconductor laser prostate enucleation according to the random assignment were divided the patients into experimental group and control group （ n=35 ） . The control group was given routine nursing measures in the perioperative period, the experimental group was given cluster nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The postoperative complications, hospitalization time and satisfaction of nursing care were studied in the two groups. Results 70 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were cured by transurethral 1470nm semiconductor laser prostate enucleation strengthen follow-up for 3 months, the average hospitalization time in the experimental group were lower than the control group, the satisfaction were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention is an important link to ensure the successful, safe and effective operation patients underwent transurethral 1470nm semiconductor laser prostate enucleation, it can shorten the average hospitalization time, improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
