小儿行纤维支气管镜异物取出术的护理体会

Nursing experience of pediatric fiber bronchoscopy foreign body removal

目的探讨小儿行支气管异物取出术术前、术后护理操作技术对减少并发症的作用。方法对本院34例行支气管异物取出术的患儿,护士配合医生做好术前准备并严密观察患儿病情,加强术后护理及健康指导,并预防并发症的发生。结果 34例患儿行支气管镜异物取出术后,异物成功取出,无一例气管切开,无一例发生低氧血症,术后均未出现气胸、纵隔气肿和皮下气肿、气管内出血、急性呼吸衰竭等并发症。结论对支气管异物患儿行纤维支气管镜检查和取出异物是安全有效的。这不仅需操作医师具有丰富的临床经验、娴熟的纤支镜操作技术和良好的心理素质,同时也需要专科护士加强手术前后护理,严格按照科学的护理程序积极密切配合,从而减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the important role of the preoperative and postoperative nursing of children with bronchial foreign body re- moval for reducing the complications. Methods To care 34 children who need to have bronchial foreign body removal surgery, Nurses helped the doctor to prepare and did close observation of the disease, strengthen postoperative care and health guidance, and prevent the occurrence of complications. Results 34 children underwent bronchoscopic removal of foreign body, successfully without case of tracheal incision, occur- rence of hypoxemia. Also there did not appear in the pneumothorax, pneumomediastinum and subcutaneous emphysema, trachea hemorrhage, acute respiratory failure and other complications after the surgery. Conclusion It is safe and effective to check and remove foreign body from bronchial foreign bodies in children. It requires not only the operating physician having rich clinical experience, skilled bronchoscopy opera- tion technology and good psychological quality, also need specialist nurses to strengthen preoperative and postoperative nursing, in strict ac- cordance with the scientific nursing program actively cooperate closely, and reduce complications occurred.
