面对信息化的战场态势,联合作战模式将成为现代化军队基本的作战方式。因此,培养具有联合作战指挥能力的人才,将会成为主导未来战争胜败的关键性因素。我军要赢得未来信息化条件下联合作战的胜利,培养联合作战指挥人才的核心素质就显得尤为重要。当前,军队院校要以国防和军队改革为契机,深入研究未来信息化战争的特点和规律,大力加强联合作战指挥人才核心素质能力培养,为未来信息化条件下联合作战提供有力的指挥人才支撑。

The battlefield situation under the condition of informatization, joint operation will become a modern army basic combat mode. Joint operational command training will be the key factor leading to victory or defeat of the war. Our army building should bring up the future joint operations command personnel under the condition of informatization, and the cultivation of the core competence is fundamental and particularly important. At present, military defense and military reform as an opportunity to deeply study the characteristics and law of the future information, war should vigorously strengthen the joint operational command core ability cultivation of talents for future joint operations to provide strong directing talent under the condition of information support.
