浅析海军生长干部学员信息化素养提升对策

Analysis on strategies for improving information literacy of navy growing cadets

生长干部学员是军事人才队伍的重要来源。提升海军生长干部学员信息化素养是适应信息化战争发展对军事人才能力素质提出的新趋势,是适应海军信息化建设的客观需求,是适应海军生长干部学员自身成长成才、履职尽责的主观需要。因此,在分析海军生长干部学员信息化素养内涵的基础上,提出了相应的培养对策。

Growing cad are important sources of our military talents. To improve the information literacy of the navy growing cadets, is a new trend to adapt to the development of information war, is an objective requirement to adapt to the construction of naval military infomatization, is necessary to adapt to the growth of the cadets themselves and fulfill their duty conscientiousness. In this paper are mainly analyzed four aspects： optimizing the top-level design scientifically, conducting theoretical research in depth, trying to develop the training means, allocating the composition of teachers＇ team.
