基于有限元模型的长陡坡“白改黑”路面层间疲劳应力分析

摘要 基于有限元软件模型,分析交通荷载、不同坡度、汽车水平制动、温度场等因素对沥青加铺层剪切应力的影响,以期得到陡坡路段沥青加铺层破坏的理论依据,并依托实体工程,分析水泥路面白改黑方案面层厚度、温度梯度、旧混凝土弹性模量等因素对面层综合应力的影响,进一步为长陡坡"白改黑"路面改造方案设计提供一定的参考。 Based on the finite element model, this paper analyzed the influence of traffic loads, gradients, horizontal braking and temperature on the shear stress of asphalt overlays, which provided a theoretical basis for the damage of asphalt overlays on steep slopes. Based on a field project, the influence of factors such as surface layer thickness, temperature gradient, and elastic modulus of old concrete on the surface layer comprehensive stress of cement pavement "white to black" scheme was analyzed, which provided an important reference for the design of long-overlapped "white to black" pavement reconstruction scheme.
