近年来,由于城市机动车交通的快速发展,交通拥堵加剧、空气污染严重。为了缓解城市交通问题,更好地落实科学发展观和可持续发展观,规划建设高品质的慢行交通已迫在眉睫。慢行交通系统规划建设是创建生态宜居城市的重要内容,也是缓解交通拥堵问题的有效途径。以某市凤山路慢行系统立交的方案设计为背景,从初始研究开始,经过一系列基于功能、景观造型、经济性的优化过程,以建成城市慢行系统规划设计的关键节点为目标,对原有欠合理交通组织重新梳理,提出先进、可靠的解决方案。

In order to alleviate urban traffic problems and better implement scientific outlook on development and sustainable development concept,it is urgent to plan and build high-quality slow traffic. The slow traffic system planning and construction is an important part of creating an eco livable city and an effective way to alleviate traffic congestion. With the background of the scheme design of the slow traffic system of Fengshan Road, with a series of optimization processes based on function, landscape modeling and economy, the key node of the urban slow line system planning and design is set up as the goal, and the original unreasonable traffic group will be rearranged and advanced and reliable.
