An Overview of Researches on Zhang Tailei's Youth Thought

张太雷是中国近现代史上的无产阶级职业革命家,是中国共产党和中国共青团的早期创始人和领导人之一。在短暂的革命人生中,张太雷非常注重青年工作,多次指导青年团开展各项活动,并成长为中国青年运动的卓越领导人。他在实践中逐步形成的青年思想推动了早期中国共产党和中国共青团革命运动的有效开展,这些思想对当今青年工作仍然具有指导意义,并且具有很高的研究价值。

Zhang Tailei is a proletarian professional revolutionist in the history of modern China and is one of the early founders and leaders of the Communist Party and the Communist Youth League of China. In his short revolutionary life,Zhang Tailei had been an outstanding leader of the youth movement by devoting great attention to youth work and repeatedly guiding the Youth League to carry out various activities. The youth ideologies which were formed during his practice have promoted the effective development of the early revolutionary movements of the Communist Party and the Communist Youth League of China. At the same time,these ideologies also have guiding significance for the development of today’s youth work and have high research value.
