大学生党员自我身份认同危机及应对策略——以广州N高校为例

College Student Party Members' Self-identity Crisis and Countermeasures——A Case Study of College N in Guangzhou

大学生党员是青年群体中的先进分子和先锋骨干,他们对党员身份的理解和认识,会外化成党员的行动选择,进而对其他青年的行为偏好产生影响。调查显示,当前大学生党员在党员身份认同上还存在相关知识掌握不够、情感基础薄弱、行动选择与党员身份匹配度不高等问题。高校党建工作应从重构大学生党员对党员身份的自我认知,强化大学生党员对党员身份的情感联结以及践行大众对党员的社会期待,使党员身份内化于心、外化于行方面着力帮助大学生党员走出自我身份认同危机。

College student Party members are the advanced elements and backbones of the youth group. Their awareness and understanding of party membership can externalize their behavior choice and impact on the behavior preference of other young people. However,investigation shows that college Party members have inadequate cognition of party membership,weak emotion foundation and poor matching degree of behavior choice with party membership. Therefore,the work of Party construction in colleges and universities should help Party members to get out of the crisis of self-identity,reconstruct their self-awareness of party membership,strengthen their emotional connection to the identity of the Party members,and practice the social expectation of the masses,so that the identity of the Party members will be internalized to mind and externalized to action.
