Theoretical Construction of General Competency Model for College Student Assistants

基于胜任力理论,依据学生助理特点,梳理高校学生助理胜任力的概念以及构建通用胜任力模型的步骤,指出必备知识、业务水平、态度动机、个人品质、职业意识是高校学生助理的胜任力要素,以科学规范管理高校学生助理工作。

Based on the competency theory,this article defines the concept of college student assistants’ competency according to their own characteristics and sorts out the steps for building a general competency model. It summarizes that necessary knowledge,professional skills,attitude motivation,personal quality and professional awareness are vital elements for the competency of college student assistants. It also aims to provide a theoretical reference for the scientific and standardized management of college student assistant work.
