摘要
基于电机参数、液压泵试验数据、理想气体状态方程、主油路压力试验数据建立了DCT油泵电机模型和主油路模型。基于该模型对油泵电机矢量控制进行了仿真,并与对标试验数据进行对比。模型和矢量控制的可行性得到了验证,为主油路电机控制研究提供了便捷的仿真环境,为电机控制需求的制定提供了有力的工具。
A DCT oil pump motor and main oil path model is build based on motor parameters, pump experiment data, ideal gas state equation and main oil pressure experiment data. Based on the model, the vector control of DCT oil pump motor is stimulated, and comparison with the benchmark experiment data is made. The feasibility of the model and vector control is verified, which provides a convenient simulation environment for the study on mail oil path motor control, and a powerful tool for the determination of motor control requirement.
