汽油机排放影响因素与标定优化试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着排放法规的日益严格,仅依靠三元催化器净化尾气无法满足要求,如何降低汽油机基础排放成为研究的重点。文章通过搭建发动机试验台,采用控制变量法,研究了已有喷射模型中不同标定参数对排放的影响。通过绘制发动机标定地图,提出整车排放最优标定策略。最后通过采用全球统一轻型车排放测试规程(WLTC),验证通过对点火提前角、可变气门正时、废气再循环(EGR)的优化,可有效降低HC和NO_x的排放,为降低发动机排放的标定提供参考。 With increasingly stringent emission regulations, relying solely on catalytic converters to purify exhaust gas can hardly meet the requirements, how to reduce the emission of gasoline engine has become the key of the research. The influence of different calibration parameters on the emission in the existing injection model by controlling variable method with the engine test bench is studied in the paper. The optimal calibration strategy of vehicle emission is proposed by drawing the engine calibrated map. Finally, through the World Light Vehicle Test Procedure(WLTP) , the HC and NOx emissions are proved to be effectively reduced by optimizing the spark advance angel, variable valve timing and exhaust gas recirculation. This paper provides references for the calibration of reducing engine emission.
