敷贴疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究进展

膝骨关节炎发病率高,临床治疗方法多以缓解症状,改善关节功能为主,目前尚不能根治,患者的生活质量受到严重影响。近年来,中药敷贴疗法治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效肯定,操作简便,因而在临床中广泛运用。通过检索相关文献并进行整理、归纳、分析和总结,对敷贴疗法的用药、敷贴部位及疗效评价进行综述,阐述中药敷贴疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究进展,并对其所存在的一些问题进行探讨,为临床诊疗提供文献依据。

The incidence of knee osteoarthritis is high, and most of the clinical treatment methods are to alleviate symptoms and improve joint function. At present, there is no radical treatment, and the quality of life of patients is seriously affected. In recent years, the application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis shows positive clinical efficacy with easy operation, so it is widely used in clinical practice. This paper studied the relevant literature by sorting, retrieving, analyzing and summarizing.Prescription, applied areas, curative effect evaluation were reviewed, and the clinical research progress of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by application therapy was expounded, and some problems and their solutions in the clinical research of knee osteoarthritis were discussed, to provide literature basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
