切削废液处理工艺的试验研究

摘要 废切削液含有大量有机污染物,难易生物降解,直接排放会造成严重的环境污染。本研究采用破乳-真空蒸发-生化工艺处理某厂机械加工过程产生的切削废液。结果表明,原水COD(化学需氧量)为79 576 mg/L的废液经此工艺处理后,出水COD在500 mg/L以下,能够达到《污水综合排放标准》三级排放标准。 Waste cutting fluid contains a large number of organic pollutants, and it is difficult to be biodegraded. Direct discharge will cause serious environmental pollution. In this study, the demulsification vacuum evaporation biochemical process is used to treat the waste liquid produced in the machining process of a factory. The results show that the effluent COD of 79 576 mg/L is treated with this process, the effluent COD is below 500 mg/L, and it can reach the three level discharge standard of the comprehensive sewage discharge standard.
