摘要
针对刚果(金)铜钴矿氧化程度高、硅含量高的特点,以卢本巴希某铜钴矿为研究对象,本文开展了常温硫酸体系SO_2还原浸出试验研究,并通过物相分析,考察了浸渣中Cu、Co的损失行为。研究结果表明,在原矿粒度-0.074 mm占68.93%、液固比3:1、终点pH值为1.5、SO2用量8 kg/t矿、常温浸出5h优化条件下,硫酸消耗42kg/t矿,铜、钴浸出率分别达94.6%和78.9%。浸渣中铜主要赋存在铜蓝、褐铁矿及脉石中,钴主要赋存于脉石和褐铁矿中。
According to the high oxidation degree and high silicon content of the copper-cobaltmine from D. R. Congo, SO2 reduction leaching of low-grade copper-cobalt oxide ores from Lubumbashi in sulfuric acid system was investigated. and the loss behavior of copper and cobalt in the leach residue was investigated through the phase analysis. The results showed that sulfuric acid consumption was 42kg/tore, and the leaching rates of copper and cobalt were 94.6% and 78.9%,respectively under the following conditions of ore particle size less than 0.074 mm accounted for 68.93%, liquid to solid ratio of 3:1, terminal p H value of 1.5, SO2 consumption of 8kg/tore, and leaching duration of 5h at ambient temperature. The phase analysis of reduced leaching residue showed that the copper in leaching residue mainly existed in copper blue, limonite and gangue, while cobalt mainly existed in the gangue and limonite.
