摘要
在新疆兵团第十三师淖毛湖农场产业集聚区内,多家同类型企业虽然排放同质污水,但相关部门要求其分别自建污水处理厂再分别回用。基于此,本文提出了园区各企业同质废水集中预处理+综合污水处理厂的解决方案,旨在从源头削减分散型污染源,形成同质废水集中预处理后集中回用的模式。该方案不仅解决了园区废水处理难题,又有利于环保部门进行高效监督管理,为循环经济产业园区污水集中处理指明了一种新思路。
In Naomaohu farm industry cluster area, thirteenth division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, although many similar enterprises discharge homogeneous sewage, the relevant departments require them to build sewage treatment plants separately and reuse them separately. Based on this, this paper proposes respectively proposed park companies homogeneous concentrated wastewater pretreatment ＋ solution of comprehensive sewage treatment plant, which aims to reduce the sources of decentralized pollution from the source and form a model of concentrated wastewater reuse after centralized pretreatment. The program not only solves the wastewater treatment problem in the park, but also helps the environmental protection department to carry out efficient supervision and management, indicating a new idea for the centralized treatment of sewage in the recycling economy industrial park.
