基于生态经济视角的土地资源可持续利用研究

Research on Sustainable Utilization of Land Resources from the Perspective of Ecological Economy

城市扩张和基础设施发展对土地资源的消耗是可持续发展的主要威胁,城市蔓延成为一个严重的生态问题。我国土地资源存在不恰当、不合规、不高效利用的现状,如果无法有效对土地资源进行可持续利用,必将影响我国生态环境与经济发展。本文基于生态经济视角,对我国土地资源可持续利用进行分析,提出了基于量化评估与决策的土地可持续利用优化配置模型。

Urban expansion and the consumption of land resources are the major threats to sustainable development. Urban sprawl has become a serious ecological problem. China＇s land resources are not appropriate, unconventional, and inefficient use of the current situation, if the sustainable use of land resources can not be effectively used, it will affect the ecological environment and economic development in China. Based on the ecological economic perspective, the sustainable utilization of land resources in China is analyzed, and the optimal allocation model of land sustainable utilization based on quantitative evaluation and decision is put forward.
