秸秆综合利用与农业生态经济发展研究

Study on Comprehensive Utilization of Straw and Development of Agricultural Ecological Economy

近年来,农村秸秆的产量不断增加,污染日益严重,利用好农作物秸秆资源,对于有效缓解资源约束、减轻环境压力、保持农业生态平衡、促进农民增收具有重大意义。我国许多地区都有丰富的秸秆资源可供工业利用,我国利用秸秆资源进行生物能源的研究虽然已呈现出新的趋势,但是秸秆资源的综合利用率仍不高,存在较大的增长空间。对于农村来说,如果秸秆能有效综合利用并兼顾生态经济协调发展,那么农村整体农业的发展与成长潜力将是巨大的。本文从技术上探讨了秸秆综合利用的路径,提出了生态经济视角下协同发展的规划建议。

In recent years, the output of straw in rural areas is increasing and the pollution is becoming more and more serious. It is of great significance to make good use of crop straw resources to alleviate resource constraints, alleviate environmental pressure, maintain agricultural ecological balance and promote farmers＇ income. There are abundant straw resources for industrial use in many areas of China. Although the research on bioenergy using straw resources in China has shown a new trend, the comprehensive utilization rate of straw resources is still not high, and there is a large room for growth. For the rural areas, if straw can be effectively utilized and ecological economy developed harmoniously, the development and growth potential of the whole rural agriculture will be huge. In this paper, the actual path of comprehensive utilization of straw is discussed technically, and the corresponding planning suggestions for coordinated development from the perspective of ecological economy are put forward.
