摘要
低碳减排是当今全球关注的热点问题。本文聚焦无锡市纺织集聚区,利用一个基于纺织集聚区产值、一次能源消耗量、碳排放总量的碳排放恒等式,将影响无锡市纺织集聚2006-2016年的碳排放因素分解为纺织业经济总量、能源结构以及能源强度,结合无锡市纺织集聚区现状得出结果。结果表明,无锡市纺织集聚区急速增长的产值是其碳排放增长的主要原因;能源强度对碳排放增长起抑制作用;碳排放强度对纺织集聚区碳排放存在负向抑制效应。针对各个影响因素,结合集聚区特有的技术溢出效应,笔者提出相关碳减排建议。
Low carbon emission reduction is a hot issue in the world today. This paper focuses on the Wuxi textile agglomeration area, using a carbon emission identity based on the output value of the textile agglomeration area, the primary energy consumption and the total carbon emissions. The carbon emission factors that affect the 2006-2016 year textile agglomeration in Wuxi are decomposed into the textile industry economic total, the energy structure and the energy intensity, and the textile agglomeration in Wuxi city is combined. The result of the present situation is obtained. The results show that the rapid growth of the Wuxi textile agglomeration area is the main reason for its carbon emission growth, and the energy intensity has an inhibitory effect on the growth of carbon emissions, and the carbon emission intensity has a negative inhibition effect on the carbon emission in the textile agglomeration area. In view of the various influencing factors, combined with the special technology spillover effect of the cluster area, the author puts forward relevant carbon emission reduction proposals.
