合肥市哨点医院医务人员食源性疾病诊断能力与知信行研究 被引量:8

Association of diagnosis of foodborne diseases with KAP among medical staffs in sentinel hospitals in Hefei City

摘要 目的研究安徽省合肥市哨点医院医务人员食源性疾病诊断能力与其知信行(KAP)的相关性。方法分层整群随机抽取合肥市哨点医院18所,通过问卷调查食源性疾病相关科室的医务人员678人,并开展相关性分析。结果工龄<1年、大专及以下文化程度、无职称的医务人员食源性疾病KAP得分较低,与组内其他组别差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);病因诊断中,工龄1~5年得分(6.50±2.39)低于工龄<1年(7.55±2.00)、6~10年(7.01±2.39)和11~20年(7.09±1.90)(P<0.05);检验方法选择和疾病报告中,本科组得分(9.39±1.17)高于硕士及以上人员(8.91±1.69)(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析显示,病因诊断、检验方法选择、疾病报告与食源性疾病KAP呈正相关(P<0.01);多元线性回归分析显示食源性疾病KAP得分受医院等级、工龄、文化程度和职称的影响(P<0.05);病因诊断和检验方法选择均受医院等级的影响(P<0.05),疾病报告受工龄、文化程度和职称的影响(P<0.05)。结论合肥市哨点医院医务人员食源性疾病监测知识普遍知晓,但认知程度和诊断报告有待加强,应针对性开展相关培训,提高主动监测效果。 Objective Study the correlation between the clinical diagnostic ability of food borne diseases and their knowledge, attitude and behavior among medical staffs in sentinel hospitals in Hefei City, Anhui Province. Methods A total of 18 sentinel hospitals in Hefei City were selected by stratified cluster random sampling method, and 678 medical staffs in relevant departments of foodborne diseases were investigated by questionnaire, and the correlation analysis was conducted. Results There was a low score of KAP for medical staffs with less than 1 year of working length, junior college degree or below, and no professional title, and there was statistical significance for the differences with other groups (P 〈 0. 05 ). In diagnosis of etiology, the score of staffs with 1 - 5 years of working length (6. 50 ± 2. 39) was lower than that of staffs with working length 〈 1 year (7.55 ±2. 00) , 6 - 10 years (7.01 ±2. 39) and 11 -20 years (7.09 ± 1.90), P 〈0. 05. In examination method selection and disease report, the score of staffs with undergraduate education level (9. 39 ± 1.17) was higher than that with master or above level (8. 91 ± 1.69 ) (P 〈 0. 05 ). Pearson correlation analysis showed that etiological diagnosis, test method selection, disease report were positively correlated with KAP scores of foodborne disease (P 〈 0. 01 ). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that KAP scores of foodborne diseases were affected by hospital grade, working length and professional title (P 〈 0. 05 ). The diagnosis and test methods were all affected by the grade of the hospi- tal (P 〈 0. 05), and the disease report was affected by the working age and title ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The medical staffs in sentinel hospitals in Hefei City are familiar with the knowledge of foodborne disease surveillance, however, their cognition degree and the diagnosis report need to be strengthened, and relevant training should be carried out to improve the active monitoring effect.
