履带式换带装置机架模态仿真与实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对履带式换带装置机架的模态进行了研究。建立了机架的虚拟样机模型,简述其换带过程工作原理。利用ANSYS Workbench对换带装置机架展开仿真分析,获得机架的前6阶模态参数及振型。然后利用LMS.Test.Lab中的Impact Testing测试模块进行模态实验。经过相关性分析,论证了换带装置机架模型的有效性,并对后续该装置的振动分析提供了依据。 The modal of the tape changing device frame was studied. The virtual prototyping model of the frame is established, and the working principle of the belt changing process is briefly introduced. The first six-step modal parameters and modes of the frame are obtained by using ANSYS Workbench. The Impact Testing module of LMS.Test.Lab is used to simulate the frame. The frame model of the tape changing device is valid through the correlation analysis and it is definitively provided the vibration analysis of the device next time
