摘要
针对普通管式三用阀存在功率小、通流能力小、抗污染力差、密封性不好等缺点,基于插装阀的优点对三用阀进行优化设计。利用AMESim软件建立液压支柱控制系统仿真模型,通过设置各元件模型仿真参数,对2种控制方式支柱动态特性仿真。分析表明,采用插装式三用阀控制的单体液压支柱通流能力大、动态响应较快、腔体峰值压力小。
The common pipe type three purpose valve has the defects of small power, small flow capacity, poor pollution resistance and poor tightness. Because the cartridge valve has the advantages of small flow resistance, strong pollution resistance and large flow capacity, the three valve of the plunger suspension hydraulic prop is improved on the basis of the advantages of the cartridge valve. Use AMESim software to establish the control system simulation model of pipe type three valve and plug-in three valve of hydraulic prop. By setting up the simulation parameters of each component model, the dynamic characteristics simulations of the two control methods are completed. The results show that the hydraulic prop with plug-in three valve has large flow capacity, fast dynamic response and small peak pressure,
