摘要
矿井生产环境非常复杂,当矿难发生时,有线通信常大规模瘫痪,而无线通信能保证救援和远程指挥调度。给出ZigBee策略下的矿井远程应急通信系统设计。首先完成ZigBee策略下的矿井远程应急通信系统整体方案设计,给出矿井远程应急通信系统整体架构、无线传输、数据采集方案设计。然后完成各部分硬件设计,包括ZigBee协调装置电路、温度数据采集电路、CAN和以太网转换电路。进而设计了软件部分,分析了矿工位置数据采集、无线通信协议、ZigBee协调网络、有毒气体浓度采集程序和CAN转换以太网流程设计。
The mine production environment is very complicated,when the mine disaster occurs,me Wired communication is often paralyzed in a large scale, and the wireless communication can guarantee the rescue and the remote command and dispatch. The design of mine remote emergency communication system under ZigBee strategy is given. First, the overall scheme design of mine remote emergency communication system under ZigBee strategy is completed. The overall architecture,wireless transmission and data acquisition scheme design of mine remote emergency communication system are given. And then complete the hardware design of each part,including ZigBee coordination device circuit, temperature data acquisition circuit,CAN and Ethernet conversion circuit. And then the part of the software is designed,and the design of miners' position data collection, wireless communication protocol,ZigBee coordination network,toxic gas concentration acquisition program and CAN conversion Ethernet process are analyzed.
