摘要
针对传统矿井电力设备的跟踪调控方法,对路由流程的分配自由度较低,网络时延偏高,提出一种强电流下的矿井电力设备跟踪优化调控方法。调控器硬件结构由64位核心微调控器、存储模块、通信模块及辅助单元组成;调控器的软件部分采用嵌入式结构设计。通过对电力设备调控路径的选择和计算,提高路由效率、缓解网络时延和数据丢包现象,实现矿井网络通信的高效路由。实验结果表明,所提方法可有效改善网络时延,提高电力设备路由效率。
In view of the tracking and control method of traditional mine electric power equipment, the distribution of the routing process is low and the network time delay is high,and an optimal control method for the tracking of the mine power equipment under the heavy current is proposed. The hardware structure of the regulator consists of 64 bit core micro control controller, storage module, communication module and auxiliary unit. The software part of the regulator uses the embedded structure design. Through the selection and calculation of the control path of the power equipment, the efficiency of routing, the delay of the network and the packet loss are improved, and the communication of the mine network is realized.
