摘要
在吕家坨焦煤中配入不同比例的沥青制备焦炭,测定了焦炭光学组织含量及粉焦的非等温气化反应能力,分析焦炭微观结构及气化反应能力的变化。结果表明:沥青配入比例增加,镶嵌状、纤维状结构增加、丝炭及破片状结构减少;沥青配煤形成的光学组织的气化反应能力在高温下会发生变化,配入8%沥青时,焦炭的界面结合状态最佳。
The coke was prepared by Lvjiatuo coking coal with adding different proportion pith, the content of optical texture and the gasification reaction mechanism with addition of pitch. The microstructure and The results show that the content of mosaic and fibrous capacity were tested to study the coking gasification reaction capacity were analyzed. structure increase, fusinite and fragmental texture reduce with adding more pitch; the gasification reaction capacity of optical texture is change at high temperature, the interface bonding state of coke is best, when the asphalt with the amount is 8%.
