额定工况下离心泵空化数值分析

摘要 泵做为输送流体或增压流体的机械设备已广泛应用于各行各业,而泵工作过程中,由于进口压力的降低,可能会产生空化,其不仅降低泵的效率,而且会对叶片产生一定的损坏。采用Rayleigh-Plesset空化模型对矿用小流量离心泵额定流量工况进行计算,分析额定工况下不同进口压力时,离心泵空化特性,并绘制NPSH-H曲线。 As a mechanical device for conveying fluid pump or pressurized fluid has been widely used in all walks of life, and the pump work, due to a decrease in the inlet pressure, cavitation may occur, which not only reduces the efficiency of the pump, and will have a certain degree of damage on the blade. The Rayleigh-Plesset cavitation model is used to calculate the rated flow rate of the small flow centrifugal pump. The cavitation characteristics of the centrifugal pump under the rated conditions and the inlet pressure are analyzed, and the NPSH-H curve is plotted.
