再论教育本质和教育价值观——纪念改革开放40周年 被引量:129

Rethinking the Essence of Education and Education Values——In Memory of 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up

摘要 改革开放40年来,我国教育研究蓬勃发展,教育研究成果层出不穷,百花齐放,群芳争艳。但是,在繁多的教育研究中,教育基本理论的研究进展较为缓慢,我们要重视教育基本理论研究。教育是人生存和发展的基础,教育要使人的生命得以发展。从生命发展的视角来说,教育的本质可概括为提高生命质量和提高生命的价值。对个体来说,提高生命的质量,就是使个体通过教育,提高生存能力,从而能够生活得有尊严和幸福;提高生命价值,就是使个体通过教育,提高思想品德和才能,从而能够为社会、为他人作出有价值的贡献。中国核心的教育价值观是集体主义价值观。中国特色社会主义教育价值观应该与社会主义核心价值观相一致。各种教育价值取向要在核心的教育价值观的前提下取得平衡。未来教育应该在充分和正确运用信息技术的基础上,培养有理想信念、创新思维、勇于担当、奉献精神的,全面发展与个性发展相统一的人才。 During the forty years of reform and opening-up,educational research in China has developed flourishingly. Education achievements have sprung up,it's a highly creative period,and also the time for ideas. However,of all kinds of education studies,the researches of the basic education theory have been developing relative slowly. The basic studies of education theories still need to be emphasized. Education is the foundation for the subsistence and development of human beings,and education should make human life develop. From the perspective of life development,the essence of education can be summarized as improving the quality of life as well as realizing the value of life. For the individual,promoting the quality of life means that the individual promotes his viability by education,thus lives with dignity and happily. Promoting the value of life means that the individual promotes his morality and ability,thus makes a valuable contribution for the society and others. The core education values in China advocates the collectivist values. Socialist education values with Chinese characteristics should be consistent with socialist core values. Different orientations on education value should be balanced under the premise of core education values. In the future,based on utilizing information technology fully and properly,education should cultivate the talents with beliefs,innovative thinking,responsibility,spirit of devotion,the integration of all-round development with personality development.
