摘要
地方出台的师范生免费教育政策是国家师范生免费教育政策的延伸和有效补充,可以更加精准地为基层学校培养优秀教师资源。研究显示,地方师范生免费教育政策具有重点为农村地区中小学培养师资、重点培养全科教师、契合本地教师资源培养的实际需要、培养层次和方式多样化等特征。通过对地方免费师范生政策的实证调查,有助于更好地了解地方师范生免费教育政策的实施状况,为其提出相应对策建议。
Free normal education policy by local government is the extension and effective supplement of the free normal education policy for national normal students,and it can help an accurate cultivation of excellent teachers for local primary and secondary schools. The free education policy for local normal school students has the characteristics of focusing on training teachers for primary and secondary schools in rural areas,focusing on training teachers for all disciplines,meeting the practical need of training local teachers,and diversifying the training levels and methods. The empirical investigation on the free normal education policy for local normal students will help to better understand the implementation of the free education policy and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
