大学教师学术职业转型:基于知识资本的审视 被引量:10

The Academic Career Transformation of University Teachers:An Examination Based on Knowledge Capital

摘要 20世纪中后期以来,为了适应知识生产的新环境,学术共同体的组织功能发生转换,教师学术职业发展受到了重要的影响。一些西方学者指出,新的知识生产方式影响到大学教师学术职业的转型。"知识资本家"、"学术专家"、"学术民工"和兼职教师建构了一个以经济关系为基础的学术秩序,从而勾勒了一个知识资本化的新图景。过度的知识资本化侵蚀了传统的学术根基,教师学术职业转型面临着学术资本主义的误导、学术失范和知识资本化的误解等问题;大学教师需要在学术理念的坚守、学术制度的矫正和学术传统的永续等方面不断努力和进步。 Since the middle and late 20 th century,in order to adapt to the new environment of knowledge production,the organizational function of the university academic community has changed,and the development of teachers' academic career has been greatly affected. Some western scholars point out,the new mode of knowledge production has influenced the transformation of university teachers. "Intellectual capitalists", "academic experts", "academic migrant workers" and part-time teachers have constructed an academic order based on economic relations,thus outlining a new picture of knowledge capitalization. Excessive knowledge capitalization has eroded the traditional academic foundation,so the transformation of the teachers' academic career is faced with such problems as the misleading of academic capitalism,and the misunderstanding of knowledge capitalization. It requires university teachers constant efforts and progress in adhering to the academic concept,correcting the academic system and perpetuating the academic tradition.
