面向药品突发事件应急决策的知识库模型构建研究 被引量:15

摘要 【目的/意义】针对以往药品突发事件数据来源的单一性和难处理性,对大数据下的药品突发事件数据分析处理并构建药品安全突发事件应急决策知识库模型,以填补目前我国药品安全应急管理中存在的不足。【方法/过程】以"药品-事件-应急"为核心对药品安全突发事件相关的各类数据资源进行梳理和分析,利用数据仓库和语义网技术对数据进行组织与关联,以"事实-概念-规则"模式构建面向药品突发事件的应急决策知识库模型,并对其中所涉及的关键技术进行了具体研究。【结果/结论】本文所构建的知识库可根据舆情监测进行自动的事件特征提取,并协同本体知识库,利用语义搜索、语义推荐两个模块为突发事件应急决策提供解决方案。 [Purpose/significance] In view of the singleness and intractable nature of the data sources of previous drug emer- gencies, this paper analyzed and processed the data under the environment of big data and built a knowledge base model for emergency decision, which can fill the current shortage of emergency management of drug safety. [Method/process] The da- ta resources of drug emergency were sorted out and analyzed based on the core of "Drug - Events - Emergency". Data orga- nization and data association were conducted by using data warehouse and semantic web technology. A knowledge base model for emergency decision of drug safety unexpected events was constructed based on "fact-concept-rule" pattern and the key technologies involved were studied in detail. [Result/conclusion] The knowledge base proposed can extract event features according to public opinion monitoring automatically, as well as use two modules, semantic search and semantic recommendation,to provide solutions for drug emergency collaborative ontology knowledge base.
