Review on Context-aware Recommender System

【目的/意义】通过文献综述,梳理国内外情境感知推荐系统领域的研究进展,呈现目前主要研究成果,发现研究中的不足,旨在对今后研究提供一定启示。【方法/过程】利用文献调查的方法,从相关概念、情境信息兼容的基本模式、具体方法和情境感知推荐系统的主要应用领域等方面对国内外相关研究进行梳理,在此基础上提出目前情境感知推荐系统研究中的不足。【结果/结论】情境信息兼容的基本模式已较为明确,情境信息兼容的具体方法呈现多元化的趋势,情境感知推荐系统的应用领域日益广泛,但在情境要素的选择问题、情境信息的兼容方法问题、大规模情境化标注数据的获取与构建问题和多元情境要素的关系处理问题等方面还需进一步研究。

[Purpose/significance] The paper combs current studies on context-aware recommender system, shows the main research results in the area and points out some problems, aiming at providing some insights for future studies. [Method/pro- cess] The paper combs current studies from aspects of relative concepts, the basic modes for integrating context informa- tion, the concrete methods and the application areas through literature review, and points out some problems on the basis of literature review. [Result/conclusion] The basic modes for integrating context information are relatively explicit, the con- crete methods are presenting a multidimensional tendency, and the application areas are becoming wider and wider. But there are still some problems needing further study, such as the problem of choosing context factors, the problem of methods for integrating context information, the problem of getting and constructing large scale contextual tagged data and the prob- lem of dealing the relations of multi context factors.
