基于柔性管理的高职院校教务管理工作探讨

教务管理作为高职院校发展中的重要组成部分,在一定程度上影响到教育教学质量,但是当前高职院校教务管理工作中,由于受到各种因素的影响还存在一些问题。柔性管理方式在教务管理工作中的应用能够改善教务管理工作中的不足,提升工作效率。本文先分析当前教务管理工作中的现状,接着阐述在教务管理工作中柔性管理应用的必要性,最后提出在高职院校教务管理工作中柔性管理的应用,以便更好地促进教务管理工作的有序进行。

Educational administration, as an important part of the development of higher vocational colleges, affects the quality of education and teaching to a certain extent. However, there are still some problems in the current teaching management of higher vocational colleges because of the influence of various factors. The application of flexible management in educational administration can improve the efficiency of educational administration. This article first analyzes the current situation in the work of educational administration, then expounds the necessity of the flexible management application in the work of educational administration, and finally puts forward the application of flexible management in the educational administration of higher vocational colleges, so as to better promote the orderly conduct of educational administration.
