摘要
教师的成长对教育教学质量的提升和学生身心健康发展都起着非常重要的作用,然而近些年却出现了教师假性成长的现象。如果不正视这种繁荣发展背后的虚假问题,必将会使我国师资队伍建设在偏离其成长的正确道路上越走越远。本文以教育行政视角为切入点,在对我国教师假性成长现象和归因分析的基础上,从树立正确的教师成长观、重视职称评定后续工作和优化行政部门管理模式等方面提出规避策略,以期扼制和杜绝教师假性成长现象的发生。
The growth of teachers plays a very important role in improving the quality of teaching and the development of students' physical and mental health. However, in recent years, there has been a phenomenon of false growth of teachers. If we do not face up to the false problems behind the prosperity development, we will make the construction of our country's teaching staff go further and further away from the correct way of growing up. From the perspective of educational administration, based on the analysis of the phenomenon and reason of teachers' false growth in China, this paper sets up a correct view of teachers' growth, pays attention to the follow-up work of professional title evaluation, optimize the administrative management mode and put forward the solving methods in order to curb and stop the phenomenon of false growth of teachers.
