在粤高校基层党组织“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化研究——以南方医科大学中医药学院本科生党总支为例

高校是党员队伍新鲜血液的补充站,推进高校基层党组织"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化,是巩固学生党员思想教育成果、夯实学生党员党性培养教育的可持续发展之必须。目前在粤高校基层党组织"两学一做"学习教育面临受众特征了解不够、创新性不足、平台支撑缺乏、长效机制未确立、惩罚措施不同步等诸多问题,应当把握95后学生党员群体特征,结合自身专业特色,以深化拓展"学"、深化拓展"做"、健全基本制度、强化制度执行上下功夫为指导,切实开展推进高校基层党组织"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化建设。

The students are the fresh supplement of the party member in the colleges and universities. Promoting the institutionalization of normalization of ＂Party Building Studies＂ can consolidate the achievements of student party members＇ ideological education and strengthen the student party members＇ party spirit cultivation. The learning of normalization of ＂Party Building Studies＂ facing that the lack of understanding about audience characteristics, lack of innovative, platform support, longterm mechanism and penalty system. Colleges and universities should grasp the characteristics of student party members and their professional features, to deepen the development of ＂learning＂, deepen the development of ＂to do＂ and improve the basic system execution as guidance.
