教育管理学是一门现实性极强的课程,它既是一门科学,也是一门艺术。实际中的教育行政和学校管理由于情境的复杂性需要结合多种知识和能力权变地处理问题。研究生阶段更应该注重课程的教学研究,充分运用研究性教学方法并紧跟时代发展的趋势,全面提升教学效果。

Education management is a highly practical curriculum. It is both a science and an art. In practice, education administration and school management need to deal with problems by combining various knowledge and capabilities due to the complexity of the situation. At the graduate level, more attention should be paid to the teaching and research of the course, full use of research-based teaching methods and keeping up with the trend of the times, then improving the effectiveness of teaching.
