摘要
高校勤工助学是大学生参与社会实践的重要形式,是解决部分大学生经济困难的必要手段,是大学生养成核心价值观的有效实践方法,是高校多渠道进行思想政治教育的有益探索。在当前社会发展形势下,高校应拓展勤工助学的励志育人、创新创业、职业探索等功能,更好地发挥勤工助学的在大学生成长中的作用。
University work-study program is an important form of students＇ participation in social practice, an essential approach to solve the financial difficulties, an effective practice method for the cultivation of core values, and a beneficial exploration of multi-channel ideological and political education. Nowadays, university should expand more features of work-study programs, for example, inspirational education, innovation, entrepreneurship, and career exploration, to play a better role in the growth of college students.
