摘要
基于无人机的低空遥感技术分辨率高、数据质量好以及快速机动等优势,在地面目标变化监测中可发挥巨大作用。提出了基于无人机遥感技术的地面目标变化监测方法,并以涉河建设项目监测为实例,验证了该方法的实用性,并通过与传统基于野外测量的监测手段对比,证明本方法极大地提高了监测效率,实现了以精准实时的空间信息服务,支撑管理部门的科学高效决策,尤其对于提升应急救援和战时防护抢险能力,保障经济和社会稳定,具有重大的现实意义和深远的战略意义。
The objective of this paper is to investigate the use of UAV remote sensing in the monitoring of ground objects through the case study of riparian construction projects monitoring in some large-scale reservoir area.A threestep approach is proposed to address the problem:data acquisition with UAV,data processing and monitoring information extraction.The results demonstrate that UAV remote sensing is capable of providing fast and accurate measurements and calculations for the needs of monitoring of ground objects,especially in the event of disaster or emergency response when timely and high-precision data and information is needed.
