动车组转向架检修工艺虚拟仿真实验系统开发 被引量:3

摘要 目前轨道交通车辆虚拟仿真实验教学资源相对匮乏,综合利用虚拟现实、三维建模和网络技术的优势,采用Cortona 3D软件作为三维引擎,并基于B/S架构和IETM交互式电子技术手册的规范,开发出一套的适用于CRH380AL型动车组转向架检修工艺的虚拟仿真实验教学系统。该系统共包含10个学习模块,25个检修子项目,可以将动车组转向架的检修工艺流程在网页中以交互式的方式直观呈现,使学生在虚拟场景中快速理解和认知转向架的技术信息、结构特点、装配顺序以及检修工艺流程,较大程度上提高了实验教学效率,降低了实验教学成本。目前该系统已在相关院校推广使用,学生的工程实践能力得到了提升。 Because the virtual simulation resource of experimental teaching of railway vehicle is rare,a virtual simulation experiment teaching system is developed for overhaul process of CRH380 AL type EMU bogie. The system comprehensively utilizes virtual reality,3 D modeling and the advantages of network technology,the Cortona 3 D software is used as a 3 D engine,and based on the manual of B/S architecture and IETM interactive electronic technical specification. The system consists of 10 learning modules and 25 maintenance programs,and can turn the EMU repair process frame to a visual presentation with an interactive way in a web page. Students can quickly understand and recognize bogie technology information,structure characteristics,assembly sequence and repair process in the virtual scene. It greatly improves the efficiency of experiment teaching,reduces the teaching cost. At present,the system has been widely used in the relevant colleges and universities, and students ’ engineering practice ability has been significantly improved.
