汽车用铝合金壳体压铸件温度场模拟与优化

Numerical Simulation and Optimization Design of Die Casting Process for Al Alloy Automobile Housing

摘要 针对铝合金壳体压铸件生产存在的问题,采用ProCAST软件对该铸件压铸过程进行了数值模拟,分析了铸件温度场并预测了铸件易出现缩孔、缩松的位置,提出了两种强制水冷的方案来优化铸件温度场。采用数值模拟对比分析了两种优化方案的温度场,获得了最优的压铸方案。解剖优化方案试生产的铸件,发现其内部品质良好,缩孔、缩松完全消除。 For solving the problems existing in Al alloy housing,the die casting process was simulated using ProCAST software.The temperature field of Al alloy was analyzed and the position of shrinkage cavities and porosity was predicted.Two kinds of schemes for optimizing casting temperature field by cooling water were put forward.The temperatures field of two kinds of schemes was analyzed comparatively for obtaining the optimized scheme.The internal shrinkage cavities and porosity in housing fabricated by the optimized scheme were eliminated completely with the optimized scheme.
