摘要
通过设置铝隔层,利用消失模铸造实现了Al/Mg双合金的液-液复合。使用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了Al/Mg双合金界面的组织特征。结果表明,铝隔层成功阻止了液态合金混液,被完全熔化,与液态合金一起发生冶金反应。镁合金和铝合金实现了良好的冶金结合,形成了均匀的反应层,其中镁合金侧反应层是由Mg_(17)Al_(12)相和δ-Mg相组成的共晶组织,铝合金侧反应层由连续分布的Al_3Mg_2相和颗粒状的Mg_2Si相组成。
The lost foam casting(LFC)liquid-liquid compound process was used to prepare the Al/Mg bimetallic castings by placing pure Al interlayer between AZ91Dand ZL101A.The microstructure and composition of the interface layer were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The results reveal that the pure Al interlayer can prevent successfully the liquid alloys mixing before it is melted,and then the melted interlayer presents metallurgical reaction with the liquid alloys,so AZ91Drealizes a desirable metallurgical bonding with ZL101Aand generates uniform reaction layers.The reaction layer near AZ91Dconsists of Mg(17)Al(12)andδ-Mg eutectic phase,while the reaction layer near ZL101Ais composed of continuously distributed Al3Mg2phase and granular Mg2Si phase.
