摘要
针对材质为0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb的沉淀硬化型精密铸造不锈钢叶轮出现的铸造缺陷,为了保证浇注成品率,对产品结构进行优化。采用SolidWorks软件进行模具结构设计,然后采用硅溶胶精密铸造工艺生产出了合格的叶轮铸件。
Aiming at the characteristics of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb precipitated hardening stainless impeller,the structure of mould was optimized to insure the yield rate.Mould structure was designed with the help of the SolidWorks software.The stainless steel impeller was manufactured by the sol silicate investment casting,meeting the customer requirements and saving casting cost as well as decreasing post-processing cost.
