高校家具资产管理系统的设计与实现

Design and Realization of the Furniture Asset Management System in Colleges and Universities

高校固定资产中的家具资产因其数量大、种类多、单价低、易损坏等特点,在使用和管理中存在难点,但又因其为高校开展教学、科研等工作的必备基础条件而越来越受到重视。通过分析当前南开大学家具管理中存在的问题,并结合本校的实际情况,从提升家具资产信息化管理水平的角度出发,设计并建设了家具资产管理系统。通过家具资产管理信息系统的建设,利用先进的信息化技术,实现对家具资产的有效、规范管理,可以进一步优化资源配置、提高使用效益,实现家具资产全生命周期内数据的可查、可溯,并为高校的家具资产管理提供参考。

Furniture assets in fixed assets of colleges and universities are difficult to be used and managed due to their large quantity,numerous varieties,low unit price and easy damage; however,they attract more and more attention because they are necessary for teaching,research and other work in Universities. By analyzing the problems existing in the furniture management of Nankai University,and combining with the actual situation of the university,this paper designs and implements the furniture asset management system of Nankai University to improve information management level. Through the construction of furniture asset management information system,advanced information technology to achieve effective and standardized management of furniture assets,can be used to further optimize the allocation of resources and improve the efficiency of use,data of furniture can also be traced throughout their lifecycle. The system provides reference for the management of furniture assets in colleges and universities.
