研究生参与高校科研实验室安全管理的思考

Consideration on Graduate Students Participating in Safety Management of Scientific Laboratories in Colleges and Universities

随着高校在读研究生规模的扩大,科研实验室的安全问题越来越突出。在分析高校科研实验室安全现状、运行特点和安全管理工作难点的基础上,充分结合研究生在科研实验室安全管理的优势特点,提出了构建研究生参与科研实验室安全管理的"三纵三横"管理体系,通过明确研究生责任体系、优化研究生激励体系等措施来充分调动研究生参与科研实验室的安全管理的积极性,让科研实验室安全防患于未然。

With the increasing number of graduate students in colleges and universities,the security problem of scientific research laboratory is becoming more and more serious. Based on the analysis of university research laboratory safety status,operation and safety management difficulties,combining with graduate students in the advantages of safety management research laboratory,this paper puts forward the ＂ three vertical and three horizontal＂ management system.Through a clear responsibility,incentives and other measures are adopted to fully mobilize the graduate students to participate in the safety management of scientific research laboratories. The measures let the scientific laboratory safety nip in the bud.
