社会工作“去专业化”:专业化进程中的理论张力与实践反叛

Specialization： the New Trend of the Theory and Practice of Social Work （topic for a special discussion）

一、作为一门专业的社会工作：专业主义及其挑战任何一个职业群体都有争取并维持其专业地位的奋斗历程。但对于社会工作而言，这一过程显得格外复杂。作为社会工作发展的核心议题，社会工作专业化（professionalization of social work）在中西方社会工作发展的历程中持续讨论并引发争议，甚至至今在概念上仍未形成一致的定义。

Chairman＇s words：Specialization is a hot topic that has been discussed since the birth of social work spe- cialization. At present, China＇ s social work is at a stage of specialization and rapid development, but the de- velopment of professional practice is not smooth. Here are three papers. Wen Jun and Lv Jie-qiong put forward the professional development path centered on the construction of a unique knowledge system of social work and analyze the development path of China＇ s social work specialization and its possible problems. He Xue- song and Hou Hui and integration and appealed to medical social workers in the process of seeking balance between boundaries gradually build up their own professional position. Wu Yue-fei analyzes the phenomenon of ＂de-specialization＂which is contrary to professional advocacy in the development of social work in China and its causes. From different angles, the three papers provide a new idea for promoting the professionalization of social work and ensuring the professional quality of social work service. It is expected that more social work re- searchers and practitioners will join in the discussion of social work specialization.
