打造京津冀协同创新共同体的逻辑包括深化京津冀协同创新的过程,实际上是围绕空间布局优化与协同创新绩效提升两大主线展开的过程,其实质是破除区域行政边界的局限,在更大范围、更广领域及更高层次上对创新资源加以整合和优化,推进协同创新路径与机制创新,实现京津冀区域发展动力的转型。雄安新区建设是构建京津冀协同创新共同体进程中的重要环节,是从空间维度深化协同创新并推动其向更高层次发展的重要举措,其本质是对京津冀原有区域创新体系与内部运行机制的变革,是对京津冀创新资源空间重新配置的重大调整,将改变区域科技和经济的基本结构及运行逻辑,以创新驱动实现京津冀区域的高质量发展。

The logic of building the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation community includes the process of deepening the coordinated innovation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
