摘要
对催化汽油吸附脱硫(S Zorb)装置反应器气相返回线腐蚀情况进行了调查,结果表明:气相返回线腐蚀主要发生在长半径弯管外易受到吸附剂冲刷的部位,腐蚀形态均为冲刷型沟槽。高压吸附剂管线气相中的吸附剂颗粒冲击管线弯管部位,形成气相涡流导致受冲蚀部位减薄速度增加,并最终穿孔泄漏。提出一种增加带耐磨内衬的外保护半套管的改造措施及降低气速、增大管径等防护建议,延长了管线运行周期,降低安全隐患。
Investigation of corrosion conditions of gas-return line in the reactor of catalytic gasoline adsorption desuffurization unit (S Zorb) showed that corrosion of gas-return line mainly occurred at the outside edge of the long radius elbow, which was vulnerable to the erosion of the adsorbent, and the corrosion was gully erosion. In the high-pressure pipeline, adsorbent particles in gas phase knocked against the elbow of the pipeline to form the gas phase vortex, which accelerated the speed of the erosion and led to perforation and leakage. One simple and effective protecting method was put forward, that is adding outer protective half cased pipe with anti-corrosive lining, meanwhile, reducing gas velocity and increasing pipeline diameter were appropriate to prolong pipeline operation cycle and minimize potential safety hazard.
